The most compelling reason that LGBTQ+ individuals continue to gravitate to CSF is the same reason they have sought us out since 1981: they are looking for a partner who can relate to them. Financial decision making is intimate, and CSF implicitly offers a safe space.

I turned on the television to watch the Tony Nominations being announced. I heard them say “Keith Roberts”. I was stunned. In disbelief. It wasn’t until someone called me to congratulate me that I knew I indeed heard correctly, and it wasn’t a dream.

About five years ago, we set out to do some rebranding. We felt it was time to replace our sage and purple logo of words with something else. We gave our wishes and desires to a graphic design firm, and they came back with a few ideas, including the logo we chose.

Over our forty-plus years, we've had offices on Wall Street, Fifth Avenue, and now we are located in our second location Park Avenue South. But, we have never, ever, called Christopher Street "Home", at least in terms of an office. So why the name?
